Modular Package, Field-Erected Wastewater Treatment Plants
Global Treat, Inc. goals are to be problem solvers for our customer's water and wastewater purification needs. After reviewing our clients' specifications, we provide proposals that are targeted to their specific requirements.
Representing a Texas based manufacture with over 35 years of experience and commitment to quality and service providing field erected and modular package biological treatment plants of the activated sludge type. These plants are designed to consistently meet the effluent concentration and loading requirement of each waste disposal permit.

Grow As You Go
The Modular Package Plants can be combined, since each tank is portable and modular. This allows you the flexibility to meet new growth when these tanks are combined into expandable systems.
Our process capabilities include complete mix, contact stabilization, extended aeration, single stage nitrification. All of these processes can be combined with tertiary treatment to meet more stringent effluent requirements.
Wastewater Systems Our skid-mounted modular plants design elements reduce the time for construction, assembly, plant delivery, transportation costs and energy consumption. These self contained plants are treating up to 15000 gpd. Operated in parallel these modular plants are scalable for a larger number of people as demand requires.

Extended Aeration Sewage Treatment Utilizing proven technology our sewage treatment designs for normal municipal sewage are very efficient. We start by researching the particularities of the community producing the wastewater. Systems are engineered by starting off with the completion of a questionnaire by the client.
With this data we then can design a system to handle a full range of flows for a broad spectrum of applications. Peaks of occupation needs for irrigation or presence of industrial wastewater, hotels, resorts, restaurants, commercial businesses, casinos, golf courses and small housing developments are some of the questions that we will need to consider to guarantee proper treatment.

The Process The aeration treatment process involves a succession of stages: black and gray wastewater enters the surge chamber through a bar screen to remove larger debris. Then the wastewater is transferred from the surge change by the surge pump. From here it goes through a flow control box into the aeration chamber where the water is aerated for 24 hours. Here water then flows into a clarifier where the scum floats to the top and sludge sinks to the bottom.
Air lift pumps then return the sludge and the scum back to the aeration chamber. The excess sludge is then transferred to an aerated sludge holding chamber by manual valves. In the final stage the clarified water is chlorinated in the contact chamber then flows to discharge.
UV Pure Disinfection Systems
A global leader in water treatment, UV Pure systems are considered to be one of the most effective UV disinfection systems on the market today.
The enclosed vessel reactors are engineered to treat a wide array of water quality ranging from potable water to wastewater including industrial process water and municipal re-use water.
Automatic mechanical quartz cleaning system - quartz does not foul
Lamps mounted in air - easy to change, no system draining required
Purge Valve system and auto cleaning reduce manual cleaning to a minimum
