Chemical Injection Skid
Chemical injection skids are available for hazardous locations and can include multiple metering pumps with electric stroke control. The suction strainer, calibration columns, and isolation valves make up the manifold. Discharge piping is complete with check valves, relief valves, and isolation valves.
These custom turnkey pump systems are built in-house to meet your specifications. They are available with controls and drives for pumps that are tested prior to shipment.
Non-Corrosive Fiberglass Containment
Cooling Tower and Disinfection Control Packages with metering pumps and associated piping come complete with built-in spill containment to meet state and federal requirements. The piping is corrosion resistant and plumbed for easy removal as well as enabling isolation of components for regular maintenance and any necessary repairs. The suction piping is specially designed to eliminate the loss of prime, due to off-gassing and we provide thermally welded plastic that is chosen with your chemical application in mind. We offer user friendly control modes for flow paced, set point, and PID configurations. Controllers for cooling tower applications are available with conductivity, pH or ORP sensors for the injection of inhibitor, acid, biocide, and bleach.
