The Vortex Chlorinator takes the mystery out of on-site, engineered tablet feed systems. These advanced technology chlorination systems are designed from scratch, up to the complete package and are used for municipal and industrial water disinfection. With no moving parts, a high energy vortex mixing chamber produces calcium hypochlorite solution at less than 1/4% (.25%) concentration precisely metered by a positive displacement pump.

The vortex tablet chlorination systems are the state-of-the-art in water treatment systems.

Bio-Dynamic Feeders

The Bio-Dynamic tablet feeder provides an effective flow proportional chlorination and de-chlorination system for the water and wastewater treatment industry. These gravity tablet feeders are compact, easy to install, and virtually maintenance free. The feeders contain no mechanical or failure-prone electrical components. The Bio-Dynamic Feeders will treat up to 400,000 GPD and are manufactured from ABS for durability. They come with 4", 6" and 8" inlet and outlet hubs for easy installation.

Tri-Max Feeder

The Tri-Max tablet feeder is a complete, dry chemical dosing system for water, wastewater, or process water treatment. The Tri-Max system is easily transportable from site to site or can be permanently installed via utilization of mounting holes in the stainless steel flow deck. The Tri-Max can treat up to 275 gallons per minute. It is great for dechlor applications while manually flushing mains and hydrants.

Tab-Le-Kit

The Tab-le-Kit system is a gravity flow-through chlorine tablet disinfection system that allows for a quick and easy installation anywhere around the world. It requires no power and is easy to operate with minimal servicing. The Tab-le-Kit is great for use in remote locations. Your kit includes the tablet feeder, piping, 3-way bypass valve, and chlorine test strips (free or total). An optional sediment strainer is available as shown in the picture.
